Arsenal summer signing Alexandre Lacazette says he’s loving his burgeoning partnership with Chilean Alexis Sanchez and says the attacker’s passion for the game of football was one of the reasons he opted chose to join Arsenal.
The France international striker has outshone Sanchez so far this League season – the record signing is Arsenal’s top-scorer so far with four goals and has had more shots on target – eight of the – than Sanchez – but Lacazette is still impressed by the contract rebel.
Lacazette told Arsenal Player that Alexis Sanchez was one of the reasons why he decided to come to the North London club – to play with a top player like Alexis Sanchez.
The striker said just watching the Chilean training, play football and his mental attitude is a delighted for me. His approach makes the Frenchman want to play alongside Sanchez. The Striker hopes to play with the former Barcelona forward for many more years.
He further said the Arsenal staff are excellent and they have helped him a lot. Alexander also loves the fact that there are a number of French players at the North London club who have made the transition much easier for him.
The striker also spoke about the physicality of the English Premier League admitting it is something he has been quick to identify and adapt to.
