Steven Gerrard: I Wish Liverpool Will Sign Man United Target, Harry Kane!

Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard is recently singing the praises of Tottenham Hotspur star player Harry Kane, and he expressed his desire of seeing the striker play at Anfield someday.

Harry has evolved into one of the best strikers not only in the premier league, but in the world at large.

Last season, he beat former Everton striker Romelu Lukaku to win the Golden Boot after ending the season as the player with the highest goals in the premier league, and he is still on fire currently this new season.

The Englishman has scored 11 times in his opening nine appearances for his club and many are already admitting he is now at the level of the likes of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.

And former Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard has heaped lots of praises on the 24-year-old. Gerrard also advised aspiring young players to look up to Kane as he is a perfect role model as far as playing football is concerned.

Speaking to Sky Sports, Steven said Harry is an in-form player in world football – in terms of goals scored and how he plays on the field.

He also admits his wishes of seeing the striker play for Liverpool, although it is very unlikely to happen.

Kane has been linked with bigger clubs including Manchester United, but the talented player has assured Spurs of his loyalty.
