Legend: This Man United Player Is guilty For Doing This Against Chelsea

The FA Cup clash between Chelsea and Manchester United is here and gone, and different people with different views are already making lots of comments from different perspectives.

Englishman Alan Shearer has also viewed his own opinions about some incidents in the game. The former Newcastle man felt Manchester United midfielder Ander Herrera is “stupid” for getting himself sent off at Chelsea.

In the game against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, Herrera repeatedly gave away free-kicks during the first half as his side aimed to shut Chelsea down.

The premier league leaders were however given the boost they needed with just 35 minutes gone when the referee Michael Oliver gave Ander Herrera a second yellow card that saw him off the pitch.

The red devils were incensed by the decision as the final foul on Chelsea’s Eden Hazard was soft, however the accumulation of fouls was Ander’s undoing.

The Spaniard fumed at the decision to see him sent off as his side went down to 10 men.

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho was reluctant to comment on the decision after the clash, but former Newcastle star Alan Shearer pointed blame solely at Herrera.

The referee Oliver had warned Mourinho’s men they were edging close to the line, and Sheerer told BBC Sport that Herrera effectively gifted Chelsea a route to victory.

Chelsea’s Defensive midfielder N’Golo Kante put up a powerful strike in the second-half strike that saw his side getting a 1-0 victory at home.

Antonio Conte and his men will now meet Tottenham Hotspur in the semi-final at Wembley.
