David Luiz

The Brazilian player who rejoined Chelsea from PSG last season could yet again move out of Stamford Bridge this summer after failing to make a meaningful impact on the club this season.

The 30-year-old defender has only featured in just four Premier League matches for the Blues in 2018, his injury crisis didn’t help matters throughout the campaign.

Marcos Alonso

Chelsea might fail to tie the Spaniard to the club beyond this season as Barcelona are reportedly interested in buying the lively and impressive wing-back.

Despite having a contract with the Blues till 2021, Marcos Alonso could be seen putting on a Barcelona jersey in the upcoming season.
