Jurgen Klopp Furious With This Current Situation

Jurgen Klopp Furious With Premier League’s Change in Fixtures

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has shown his displeasure with the League’s change in fixtures which has seen the team’s clash against Everton changed.

The clash against Everton was initially scheduled to come up on Sunday, April 9 but it has been moved to Saturday, April 8 at 12:30 pm so as to be televised live by TV channels.

The change now reduces Liverpool’s preparation for the game by a single day following the Champions League draw this morning.

Klopp’s men are set to battle their Premier League rivals Manchester City in the quarter-final of the UEFA Champions League competitions which has been scheduled to take place on Wednesday, April 4.

Having seen the slight changes in his team’s upcoming fixtures, Jurgen Klopp couldn’t hide his anger as he told reporters that his men could be tired ahead of Everton clash.

Speaking about the Champions League quarter-final pairings, Klopp revealed he looks forward to meeting Pep Guardiola’s men.

“There will be a point where I’m looking forward to that game” Klopp Said.

It should be recalled that Liverpool were the only Premier League team who have successfully defeated the Citizens so far this season after recording an entertaining 4-3 victory at Anfield stadium in January.

Liverpool will hope to repeat their match-winning performances when they tackle City on Wednesday, April 4th.
