Breaking! Man Utd Staff In Urgent Travel Ahead Of January Transfer Window

Recently, Manchester United have been paying lots of attention to Portugal. The Portuguese team receiving a large chunk of the attention is Benfica, who have been watched many times this season, and have been doing just fine.

It is interesting to know that the local outlets there are approaching and reporting things differently. Newspaper Diário de Notícias reported just yesterday that Manchester United officials would be making a trip to Lisbon so they could scout Nélson Semedo.

Truly, Manchester United officials were present in Portugal. But another news outlet, O Jogo, reported that their target was really Victor Lindelof.

In the past few weeks, rumours that Manchester United management are working strongly to bring the Swedish defender to Old Trafford, keeps growing stronger.

Now, while O Jogo was saying initial contacts have commenced, with Manchester United looking at a January deal, another outlet, A Bola, insisted on Monday that there’d been no contact. A Bola suggested conflicting information, or thinks that Manchester United have contacted the player’s agent.

Nevertheless, some observers thinks since Lindelof didn’t have a fantastic performance, therefore Manchester United’s scouts won’t be impressed.

On the other hand, O Jogo mentioned Nelson Semedo, claiming Manchester United are watching him too.

While still awaiting a clearer view, it is obvious United officials are working hard to utilize January’s window transfer
