Football for Manchester United is now being likened to the era of legendary manager Alex Ferguson after the sweet win against Southampton at the Old Trafford.

Just like the days of the legendary boss, the Red Devils came from behind to 1-0 down in the first half to seal a 3-2 win in the last minute as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer takes his winning record to 12 out of 15 games across all competitions.

More to the fact that the Red Devils are have returned to winning ways after a very slow start of the season under former manager Jose Mourinho, must of the players who dipped in form are now returning back to their best.

Belgium international who scored a brace in today’s game and French international midfielder Paul Pogba are both testimonies to the good job done by the United interim boss.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has also confirmed that the old era is now back to the Old Trafford especially with the dramatic comeback, as he noted that it happened like in the old days.

However, there are suggestions that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has done all it takes to certify the club’s requirement for a permanent manager and he could be handed the opportunity at the end of the season.
