European Giants Set To Snatch Star From United’s Grips, But It’s Good News For Liverpool

Willian

According to reports, Barcelona are stepping up their interest in Chelsea star player Willian ahead of the January transfer window, as it is yet to be sure if Liverpool will allow Phillipe Coutinho leave Anfield next year.

Willian is understood to be unhappy with his lack of regular playing time under Antonio Conte this term, and has not started many games for the premier league champions so far in this campaign.

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is said to be interested in bringing him to Old Trafford to offer him more minutes than what he gets currently at Chelsea.

Mourinho works together with the Brazilian star when both were still together at Stamford Bridge, but the Portuguese tactician faces serious competition to reunite with the talented player at his new club.

La Liga giants Barcelona are keen on signing a new superb player after losing Neymar to PSG in the summer, and Willian has been identified as a good guy that can make things happen at Camp Nou.

Goal made it known that the Catalan giants are not sure of getting Countiho’s signature next year, and they will go for the Chelsea player if Liverpool try to make things difficult for them once more.

It, however, appears Barcelona are not missing Neymar too much, as they have been very much impressive this season so far – both in the La Liga and in Champions League.
