Chelsea star Victor Moses has been named the Premier League’s African Player of the Month for November.
Moses who has been a fan favourite at the Stamford Bridge due to his impressive performances under Antonio Conte and it appears the Nigerian international is benefiting from the Blues 3-4-3 formation.
The 25-year-old had earlier picked up the PFA player for the month of November award and yet again won the African Premier League player for November ahead of Tottenham Hotspurs midfielder Victor Wanyama and Sunderland striker Victor Anichebe.
The Nigerian returned to the Stamford Bridge after been loaned out severally in previously. Despite being deployed to the ring-wing back position and has been pivotal to his team success despite being an attacking winger naturally.
When asked about the quality of the winger, Conte had earlier told Gazzetta dello Sport: ‘I noticed his potential from the first days of the summer retreat,
‘Moses has important qualities: technique, physical strength, the ability to cover seventy metres of the pitch.
‘I find it incredible that someone like him has been overlooked.’
Chelsea are presently at the top of the Premier League table with 34 points after 14 games.
