Former Manchester United forward Louis Saha has warned his side against letting French forward Anthony Martial leave the club any time soon.
According to him, the French forward is held in high regard by United fans and will help the club with the right platform to win trophies but that will not happen if he is allowed to leave the club.
The former Monaco forward has been linked away from the club in the past few weeks knowing that he has not enjoyed football this campaign at the Old Trafford because of the lack of playing time.
Martial scored 17 goals in his debut season as a Manchester United player under former manager Louis Van Gaal but that seems to have faded away with the coming of manager Jose Mourinho who is yet to be convinced of Martial’s quality.
However, Saha is of the opinion that the former Monaco man is one of the best the club can boast on in the attack, stressing that if given the opportunity, he can lead the Red Devils to a title win.
In his chat with Sky Sports, Saha affirmed that Martial should remain at the club because he is not just a player for the present but he is a player for the future.
