Why Arsenal have been affected by China rumours for Aubameyang

From every indication, North London outfit Arsenal have been affected by reports that Gabon International Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is being wanted in China.

The reports claim that a Chinese club is willing to hand in a weekly wage of about £300, 000 to lure him into leaving Emirates Stadium.

The report of a move for the former Borussia Dortmund striker is coming after Arsenal failed to clinch the Europa League title against Chelsea last week.

It is suggested that the striker is unhappy and could consider moving for a big pay if he cannot be guaranteed of winning titles with the North London outfit.

Arsenal have therefore been affected by the reports and they are willing to give Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang a pay rise to have him snub a move away from the club.

Although the Gabon international gave a good account of himself after securing the Golden Boot as joint highest goal scorer alongside Liverpool duo Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has a good relationship with France international Alexandre Lacazette and that could be enough to keep him at the Emirates Stadium for more years.

However, the Gabon international is yet to react to reports linking him to the Chinese outfits Guangzhou Evergrande and Shanghai SIPG.
