PSG tells Arsenal deal for midfielder will cost just £17.2m

English Premier League outfit Arsenal have learned from French Ligue 1 outfit Paris Saint Germain that they will have to pay the sum of £17.2 million to be able to secure Christopher Nkunku.

From every indication, Christopher Nkunku will not remain at the club in the coming season as he refused to sign a new deal with the club over his inability to secure regular playing time.

Christopher Nkunku is a solid midfielder who has impressed with the little time handed to him and he is of the opinion that he is ready to play first-team football.

The North London outfit have been on the case of the star as they seek reinforcement ahead of the coming season.

More so, Arsenal will be parting ways with Wales international Aaron Ramsey at the end of the season because he has already agreed on a deal to join Italian Serie A champions Juventus.

However, Arsenal boss Unai Emery will hope that Christopher Nkunku comes directly into the team to help the team and ensure that the former Cardiff City man is not missed.

Meanwhile, Unai Emery has learned that he would have £40 million to engage in the summer transfer window.
