Liverpool Devise New Strategy To Beat Prem Rivals To Superb Player Signing

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has been linked with a move away from Arsenal this summer and has emerged as a target for both Chelsea and Liverpool.

In a new development, there are reports that Liverpool are determined to beat the premier league champions to the signing of the talented player this summer.

The England international has scored 20 goals in 194 appearances for Arsenal since 2011 but he is being strongly linked with a move away from the North London club ahead of the 2017/18 campaign.

And according to the Daily Mirror, Liverpool chiefs have made a direct enquiry to the Emirates club over the availability of the 23-year-old.

Arsene Wenger’s side rejected Liverpool’s initial advances but are considering cashing in on Alex who is out of contract in the summer of 2018.

Both Jurgen Klopp and Antonio Conte are interested in signing Alex but the Reds are understood to be desperate to steal a march on their rivals who are also weighing up moves for the player.

Liverpool preparing a bid in the region of £25million for the youngster and it’s believed Arsenal are ready to sell for a fee around that price.
