Liverpool Closer To Bringing Star Player For $26M In January

Liverpool are set to play Sevilla in the Champions League this week, and the reds will be going into the game with full confidence following their impressive performances in recent times.

The Anfield club were able to win their last four games in all competitions, and the boys are doing all it takes to make manager Jurgen Klopp excited.

In the premier league, Liverpool are now one point behind fourth-placed Tottenham Hotspur, and will need to continue with their impressive form if they are to grab a Champions League ticket for next season.

And as far as the transfers are concerned at Anfield, it is obvious Klopp need to strengthen his squad next January to enable his side challenge for the big trophies

His side has been linked with Sheffield United youngster David Brooks, and it was made known that there are other clubs interested in the player too.

However, the Mirror  reported that both Liverpool and Tottenham are leading the race to get Brooks’ signature, and he will cost a fee in the region of $26million.

David is a talented versatile attacker who can effectively play as a centre-forward as well. This term so far, he has scored 1 goal and has provided 2 assists in 15 league games for his club.
