Chelsea In Shock Move For Contract Rebel

Chelsea have reportedly set their sights on luring Alexis Sanchez to the Stamford Bridge.

Reports in the Mirror have it that the Blues are attempting to lure to the Chilean who is the joint top scorer alongside Diego Costa. Sanchez is currently stalling on renewing his contract at the Emirates with reports he wants a bumper pay rise alongside Mesut Ozil, who had earlier hinted at a return to Real Madrid after admiring the qualities of Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane.

It is understood that Antonio Conte is looking to sign Alexis Sanchez to form a mouth-watering partnership with Costa who is on a blistering form in front of goal this season.

However, what remains to be seen is whether Arsene Wenger will be ready to cash in on Sanchez who has started this season on an electric form as a central striker.

Sanchez is currently on a £130,000 per week and is requesting a wage of around £200, 000 same as Mesut Ozil who earns £140,000 but Arsenal are not known for their spending power and will hope the pair lower their wage demands and also losing the Chilean forward for free or sell to the highest bidder if he continues to stall on extending his contract.
