Lucky Arsenal find Danny Welbeck’s replacement
Arsenal are reported to have found the best fit as replacement for England international Danny Welbeck and they are desperate to land him, even before the end of this winter window.
The former Man United star player is currently injured and has been ruled out of the season, in additions to speculations that he would be asked to leave the club as a free player at the end of the season.
However, there is a need to have another option to add to french international Alexandre Lacazette and Italian Serie A outfit Atlanta attacker Duvan Zapata has been identified as the best man for the job.
Duvan Zapata has been impressive so far this season which makes manager Unai Emery keen on his signature.
So far this season, Duvan Zapata has been able to deliver 13 goals and handed 5 assists across all competitions with the 26 games under his belt, a feat that has attracted the Spanish boss to demand his signature.
The Colombian international attacker has got a contract with the Italian outfit until 2020 with a release clause of about £25 million but there are clues he will not see out his contract with the Serie A side with the number of interests lined up for him.
