Arsenal prepared to show top Barcelona target exit door

Arsenal have apparently changed their mind on keeping top Barcelona target Hector Bellerin and will now listen to offers from the Spanish club this summer.

The 22-year-old has been vigorously linked with a move to the Nou Camp, having left the club where he grew up in 2011 to join the Gunners.

Since moving to North London, he has set up himself as one of the top youthful defenders in Europe with very nearly 100 Premier League appearances to his name. However, it seems the time is right for him to return to his boyhood club.

According to Sport, for the first time since this transfer saga commenced, Arsenal are now ready to listen to offers from FC Barcelona, while Bellerin has as of now conveyed his intent to move.

It’s thought that talks between the Spaniard and Arsene Wenger has changed the whole situation and considering the solid relationship between the two clubs, it’s expected to be a smooth transaction.

With a meeting set to be held on this transfer, Barca will make their first offer for the Arsenal star, which the publication Sport believe will be around €30m plus add-ons.

After the highs of completing the signing of Alexandre Lacazette from Lyon this week, it looks just as Arsenal will definitely be saying goodbye to a top player.
