Liverpool are reportedly fighting hard to keep their attacker, Philippe Countinho following reports that Paris Saint Germain are plotting a move for the Brazilian.
The French giants are believed to be in the market to add new faces to their squad following their poor displays during the last campaign that saw them lose out on the French Ligue 1 title to AS Monaco.
Impressive youngster, Kylian Mbappe was said to be a subject of interest from PSG with reports that they even held talks to with the winger and his father but it appears the player wants to remain with AS Monaco, prompting the French side to turn to Philippe Coutinho.
Reports in Le10sport claim that Paris Saint Germain are keen on signing the Brazilian after failing in their attempt to sign Mbappe.
It is understood that PSG have registered their interest in signing Coutinho and will be willing to offer £70million for the attacker.
Although, Liverpool are keen on holding on to their prised asset and are fight hard to keep the player despite interest from Barcelona and Paris Saint Germain.
Jurgen Klopp signed Mohamed Salah from Roma for a club record deal and he is keen on keeping vital players in his squad as they compete in the Champions League next season.
