According to new reports circulating in English media, Arsenal star forward Alexis Sanchez has issued an ultimatum to his club and has told the Emirate club that he will stay another season but leave on a free transfer to rivals Chelsea if they failed making major signings to build up a team that can win titles.
It was reported that Arsenal have offered Sanchez a £250,000 a week contract to keep him at the club, but the Chile international is holding back from putting pen to paper because he is not yet sure what they are up-to.
Even though he had fueled the speculations linking him to Chelsea by saying he intends staying at an ambitious club in London, it seems he is not yet in hurry to leave as it was said that he could give Arsenal one more year to do what he wants.
Arsenal are not known to be big spenders. Since they signed Sanchez and Ozil, they are yet to bring in big remarkable players like rivals such as Man United, Chelsea, etc does. But he wants that to change soon so hes ambitious  to win trophies  – being one of the best players in the world.
Sanchez is reportedly keen on Chelsea and could now decide to wait and move to the West London club as a free agent at the end of next season if his current North London club failed to do what he wants.
