The end of the January winter transfer is fast approaching but there could still be a deal for the English Premier League outfit Arsenal before it runs out.

The Gunners are dipped into injury crisis which makes it compulsory to strengthen if they must qualify for the Champions League next season with a top four finish.

However, they have been linked with a number of players but manager Unai Emery is keen to snap up Brazilian international and Barcelona attacker Malcom in a late swoop on a loan deal with an option of a permanent buy.

Malcom seems not to be seeing a future at the Nou Camp which is the reason why he is a subject of speculation with a move away from the club. He has now emerged as a top target for the club as the Gunners strikers have not been consistent in their delivery of goals so far.

However, the Brazilian will be the second man to join the Emirate Stadium before the end of this winter transfer window as the North London side are already negotiating for the signature of Denis Suarez.

Talks have been ongoing for a long time but it is yet to be finalized because of the terms of the deal.
