Ryan Giggs How Man United can learn from liverpool.
According to former Manchester United star player Ryan Giggs, United need to take a leaf from one of their premier league long-term rivals Liverpool.
The legend was of the opinion that the Old Trafford club need to be able to rely on various goalscorers in the way Liverpool have this current campaign.
It is quite glaring that Man United have been overly reliant on Swede legend Zlatan Ibrahimovic for goals this season. So far, the hugeman has scored 27 goals in all competitions for Man United despite being his first season at the club and in England.
Zlatan’s 27 goals makes him the current top scorer for Man United this season so far, with Spanish star Juan Mata following him with 10 goals in all competitions.
With the manner Klopp’s men shares the goals around this season and how his former club no longer have the goal threats they are known for, Ryan feels the red devils need to be more like the Reds.
Speaking to Daily Mail, Giggs made reference to Liverpool, saying a look at the Anfield club, one can see their center forward is not scoring all their goals – but that everyone can come anywhere to score. He wants Man United to imitate that too.
Goals helps win matches and trophies too. So, Mourinho needs to push everyone to score more.
