Deal Nearly Done! Chelsea Agree £36m Deal To Sign Star Player

Chelsea have agreed a £36 million to sign Daniele Rugani from Juventus, according to reliable reports.

The Blues have been linked to a number of targets since the start of summer transfer window, even before the arrival of their new boss, Maurizio Sarri, who is said to be looking at a number of defensive players even after the arrival of Jorginho.

Reports in Italy have it known that Chelsea and Juventus have met in Milan to discuss a deal for Rugani with both sides agreeing to a deal worth £36m.

The young defender who has been tipped to become one of the top defenders in Europe in the near future is also said to be interested of the chance of playing in the Premier League.

Reports in Transfer Market Web have it that the Blues have reached an agreement with Juventus over the transfer of Rugani to the Stamford Bridge.

However, the player is said to be sceptical about leaving Juventus for Chelsea who are not even in the Champions League and might need some assurances over his future at the Stamford Bridge.

It is also believed that Rugani might be intrigued by the chances of replacing Andrea Barzagli at Juventus and he could even remain with the Old Lady for another season.
