Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata is desperately keen on trying to work his way back to fitness in time to play against FC Barcelona.
Marata visits Doctor Peter in Germany
According to Spanish publication Marca, Spain international forward has been seeing highly respected Doctor Peter Wehling in the German City of Dusseldorf.
Doctor Peter Wehling has treated several top athletes like Basketball stars Kobe Bryan and Tracy McGrady in time past.
The ex-Real Madrid forward has been to the Western part of Germany on two occasions along with team doctor and physio.
Dip in form
Alvero Morata has been struggling heavily with a back injury since mid-December. The back problem has come along with a drop in form, the former Real Madrid striker has not scored since boxing day last year.
The Juventus loanee striker has not played for Antonio Cote’s team since he was red carded against Norwich in the team’s Emirates FA Cup replay.
His injury problems have seen him go six matches without a single goal. The defending Premier League champions brought in France international striker Olivier Giroud in the winter transfer window from City rivals Arsenal to provide stiff and healthy competition for the Spaniard.
