Deal could be Sealed! Fans desperately want £58.5million-rated Arsenal star to sign new contract

Chile international forward Alexis Sanchez looks to be biding his time at North London club Arsenal as he prepares to depart the club either in the January transfer window or at the end of  2017-18 season.

Undoubtedly one of the hottest frontmen in European football, the Chilean will be out of Arsenal contract at the end of this current League season, and it does seem that the Gunners have no hope of convincing the forward to sign a fresh deal.

Alexis Sanchez is yet to score in five English Premier League matches for the Gunners this season after a turbulent few weeks, but his importance to the squad is undoubted.

On Sunday, the Gunners official Twitter handle posted a quote from Alexis Sanchez which disclosed that the former Barcelona forward enjoys playing alongside summer signing Alexandre Lacazette in the last third of the pitch.

Expectedly, a couple of the club’s fans filled up the comment section, with many calling the Chile international to forget his issues and pen a new contract.

Stranger things have occurred in the world of the beautiful game, but it does look unlikely that the Manchester City transfer target, who is valued at £58.5million by transfermarkt.co.uk, will possibly make a U-turn on his career.
