Video: Virgil Van Dijk recreates Ronaldinho’s ball control skill

Liverpool and the Netherlands defender, Virgil Van Dijk is one player impounded with different attributes.

The Reds ace defender is one of the best players Liverpool as ever signed.

Apart from his incomparable defensive skills, Virgil Van Dijk seems to have some other special qualities gifted to him by God.

The Dutchman was spotted recreating one of Brazil legend, Ronaldinho’s control skill.

We all know that popular skill where Ronaldinho loops the ball up and brings it down as if there is a kind of magnet attached to his boot before he would go ahead to humiliate a player with a ‘flip-flop’ nutmeg.

That was the same skill Virgil Van Dijk performed in the Netherlands squad.

Although there will hardly be any player that will come close to Ronaldinho’s achievement in terms of creating brilliant dribbling skill, it was however surprising to see the skill being displayed by the Reds defender.

Liverpool signed Virgil Van Dijk from Southampton and so far he has been very instrumental in the Reds squad especially at the back.

The Reds currently have one of the strongest defenses in Europe.

Since his arrival at Liverpool, Virgil Van Dijk has been a regular player for the club.
