‘Stop the blame game, we still have a lot to improve’ – Liverpool star player

Liverpool defender warns that the Reds still have alot to improve on following Alisson and Firmino blaming him

The Reds still remain the number one club on the EPL table as they have successfully unseated the defending champions, Man City at the moment.

This comes after Liverpool had narrowly defeated a tough Leicester City at King Power Stadium.

Leicester City had put up a tough game against Liverpool over the weekend but their defense let them down following two goals from Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino in the first half of the match.

Lesson Klopp must learn from Liverpool 1 – 0 victory over Brighton

Following the recent victory, Liverpool top-rated defender, Van Vijk in a recent statement have issued out warnings to his fellow teammates not to relax now.

Virgil van Dijk

He stressed that the Reds still needed to improve over a lot of things if they want to lift the EPL trophy at the end of the season in June 2019.

This is actually true as the new season is still young and with Chelsea FC and Man City close by a slight mistake from the Reds will see them dropped on the EPL table.

Well,  this comes after Liverpool and Brazil internationals, Roberto Firmino and Alisson Becker fingered Van Vijk as the reason they conceded their first ever goal this season against Leicester City.
