Chelsea are ready to lock horns with Tottenham to sign Zenith St. Petersburg midfielder this month.
The Blues held talks with Witsel about a £23m deal during the summer but the deal did not go through.
Chelsea, however remain interested in the midfielder, with Witxel keen to leave Petersburg during this January transfer windows.
