Manchester United Would Be In Trouble Should Anything Happen To This Star Player!

Garth Crooks has recently warned United boss Jose Mourinho that the team can not afford to lose huge Zlatan Ibrahimovic to injury at this point.

Ibrahimovic moved to the Old Trafford from Ligue 1 side Paris Saint-Germain in the summer transfer window as a free agent.

It’s appalling that the Swedish legend could easily adapt to the English Premier League and in just few months in the top flight, he has scored 13 league goals in 17 EPL matches – placing him third in the goalscoring charts. He also scored a brace that gave United the full three points in Saturday’s game against West Brom.

Making his comments, former Tottenham striker Crooks thinks Mourinho’s team would definitely struggle should the 35-year old striker picked up an injury in the 2016-17 campaign.

“Manchester United are beginning to find a rhythm and putting a run together, but should anything happen to Ibrahimovic they will soon be back in the mire,” Crooks told BBC Sport..

Manchester United are presently in the sixth position on the EPL table, and seek to continue winning more games with the view of ending among the top four that will feature in the next Champions League. They are just four points behind fourth-placed Arsenal.
