Manager Wants Chelsea To Do Just One Thing For Goal Poacher

Latest reports suggested that Chelsea boss Antonio Conte will push Chelsea management to hand star striker Diego Costa a new contract when his bust-up with the Spaniard blows over.

The talented striker was dropped for Chelsea’s 3-0 win at defending Premier League champions Leicester, last night.

Though he complained of a back injury to the blues medics, the validity of his complaints was however doubted.

The Spain International is said to have a big offer on the table from a club in China that is worth around £30m-a-year.

The premier league leading goal-scorer had a heated bust-up with Chelsea boss Antonio Conte- but he is known for some naughty shows at times.

Nevertheless, Sunday Express reported that Chelsea boss Antonio Conte wants the player to be offered an extension despite all. They claimed the Italian boss will push top brass at the club to give Costa a new lucrative contract once the dust has settled.

The blues squad have obviously weighed in to help persuade the influential striker to ignore the call from China and stick around at the Stamford Bridge club instead.

Conte had seen the duo of Oscar and John Obi Mikel off to China already this month. It is obvious the boss can not afford to lose Diego Costa now.
