Man United desperate to land La Liga midfield master

English Premier League outfit Man United are reported to be keen on the signature of Spanish La Liga outfit Real Betis Giovani Lo Celso ahead of the summer transfer window.

The Red Devils will face competition from North London outfit Tottenham who are also keen to land the star player.

It is reported that Tottenham had earlier submitted a 52 million Euros offer for the signature of Giovani Lo Celso but it was rejected by the Spanish La Liga outfit.

Man United are now ready to test their luck especially after they have reportedly made inquiries about the availability of the player.

Giovani Lo Celso is only 22 but has helped Real Betis to remain at the top flight, finishing 10th in the league table, having impressed and scored 22 goals for the team across all competitions in the just-concluded season.

There is no doubt that he will be a good fit for the manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer team especially now that they are desperate to land new midfielders with France international Paul Pogba and Andrea Herrera already on their way out of the Old Trafford.

However, it is expected that a fee would be agreed upon between the two clubs as soon as the summer window is fully opened.
