Liverpool Set To Pounce On Talented Spanish Star To Solve Dillema

Sporting Gijon goalkeeper Daniel Martin has been heavily linked with a move away from the club in recent times after being targeted by Jurgen Klopp.

According to new reports circulating in the English media, the Anfield club are ready to pounce on the 19-year-old this summer to replace Loris Karius at Merseyside.

The Sun made it known that Jurgen Klopp’s side have set their sights on the talented teenager and have been keeping tabs on him in recent times at the Spanish club.

It was added that the premier league heavyweights are aiming at bringing Martin down to Anfield to help him develop into a superb goalkeeper.

The Spanish youngster has featured at various youth levels for Spain and he is expected to embrace a move to upgrade his career at Liverpool.

Daniel made 38 appearances in all competitions for the La Liga 2 side and has shown how bright a future he has got.

Should he become a Liverpool goalkeeper this summer, the reds will definitely send him out on loan before the start of next term to enhance his development.
