Legend: Between Chelsea And Tottenham, Here Is Who Will Win The FA Cup

The premier league this season is approaching it end and it is not yet certain who will lift the trophy come May.

Chelsea are still dominating at the top of the table, but recent happenings shouldn’t let us have full confidence that they will lift the silverware.

Their closest contenders Tottenham Hotspur, has shown that though it is remaining just six matches, they should still be regarded as favourites to win the title.

The White Hart Lane club successfully reduced Chelsea’s initial ten points lead to seven, and now it’s four. And even though Spurs manager Mauricio states that four points is still much, his players are in hot form and are determined to overhaul Chelsea from the top spot.

However, former Liverpool man Jamie Carragher is of the opinion that Chelsea will win the Premier League title ahead of Tottenham Hotspur this season.

Carragher maintained that the Stamford Bridge club can still afford to drop points in a game and are still in front, and that the pressure is also on Tottenham to drop points.

He drew our attention back to last season’s incidence: Where Spurs were getting closer to Leicester City, and they just dropped off – ending second on the table. So he felt the closer they get to Chelsea, the more there will be pressure on them too.

Chelsea will return to Premier League action when they host Southampton next week Tuesday and Tottenham will play at Crystal Palace the next day.

The two teams will however clash this Saturday in the FA Cup semi-final at Wembley.
