Arsenal legend mocks star player with observation during Manchester United win vs Chelsea

Dixon mock United star

Former Arsenal star Lee Dixon has severely mocked Manchester United forward Alexis Sanchez during Sunday’s English Premier League game between Mourinho’s men and reigning Champions Chelsea at Old Trafford.

The Arsenal Legend took a dig at his ex-club’s former player, who left the North London club in a surprise move to United this winter transfer window.

However, things have not worked out yet for the South American at Old Trafford, with the Chilean netting just one goal in his first six matches for the side.

Struggling Chilean

Dixon, on co-commentary duty with NBC Sports, noted that the former Barcelona star hasn’t been handed a lot of chances against the Blues, and claimed he might still wish he were playing alongside his former Arsenal colleague Mesut Ozil.

The duo struck up a good partnership during their spell together at the Emirates, but the Chilean has not really enjoyed that sort of service at Old Trafford.

Lee Dixon, with his ties to the gunners, is clearly loving it and took time to rub that in whilst on co-commentary duty for the Premier League tie.

Manchester United went on to win the encounter by 2-1 courtesy of goals from Romelu Lukaku and Jese Lingard after Willian had shut Chelsea ahead.
