No, I’m Not Joining Chelsea, I Prefer Manchester United

There are widespread speculations Chelsea are planning to replace manager Antonio Conte with Diego Simeon.

However, according to new reports, the Argentine boss has made it known he isn’t interested in moving to Stamford Bridge anytime soon.

Conte is expected to leave Chelsea at the end of this season, and Simeone has emerged as the club’s top managerial target.

The premier league champions keep struggling this term to replicate what we saw them did last season, and they are now looking for a high-profile replacement for Conte.

The likes of Luis Enrique and Carlo Ancelotti are also linked with the defending premier league champions, but it is understood Simeone is the most preferred one.

However, according to the Times, Diego Simeone said he doesn’t see himself at Stamford Bridge.

The Argentine has two-and-a-half years left on his current deal at Atletico Madrid, and it was made known that he will either finish his tenure at the Spanish capital or move back to his former club Inter Milan.

It was also added that Diego is avoiding moving to England due to language issues, but he won’t mind considering an approach from Manchester United.

Jose Mourinho is currently boss at the Theater of dreams and he recently signed a new contract which will expire in 2020 – the same year Diego’s contract at Atletico will expire.
