This is quite a surprise report but might be a hint to the earlier report that Chelsea was in talks with Juventus for their Argentine forward, GonHiguainguian.
Recent update have disclosed that Sarri Maurizio led Chelsea team has reached an agreement with La Liga club, Atlectico Madrid over Olivier Giroud.
It was reported that the two clubs reached the agreement in London.
This latest move signifies that the Blues are getting prepared for the arrival of Higuian and are set to transfer Giroud on loan to Spain.
The France international would be moving to join Atlectico Madrid on a loan basis but Chelsea are hoping the Spanish club would later make an offer to sign the 31 year old player.
Giroud, who had recently joined Chelsea from North London club, Arsenal FC was the point man for France in their final against Croatia in the 2018 World Cup.
The Blues had to loan him out because he wouldn’t have much playing time once Higuian arrive at Stamford Bridge.
