Chelsea star says striker needs to learn to score with his feet as well as head

Chelsea star Eden Hazard has joked his new team mate at Chelsea Alvaro Morata needs to learn to find the back of the net with his feet as well as he does with his head after he scored his third goal of the season on Saturday.

The Spain international striker, who joined the West London club from La Liga side Real Madrid in the summer transfer window, netted Chelsea’s first goal in their 2-1 victory over Leicester on Saturday.

The striker’s goal was his third goal of its kind this campaign, as Alvaro Morata, maintained his perfect record of only netting for the Blues with his head.

The striker in an interview after the game said jokingly: “Like you (everyone) saw, I (Hazard) saw he is a good (brilliant) player, I (Hazard) saw that he scores a lot (of goals) with his head… now he (Morata) needs to score with his leg.

“He (Morata) is a top player. He (Morata) can score every time. When he (Morata) scores, we (Chelsea) win the match so I (Hazard) think he is good.

The Blues have won three matches on the trot after their Match day 1 disappointment in losing 3-2 to Burnley FC at the Bridge.

Chelsea sits third in the English Premier League, a point behind leaders Manchester United and rivals Manchester City in first and second respectively.
