Chelsea Superstar fires title winning message at Pep Guardiola’s team after superb outing

Chelsea playmaker Eden Hazard helped to fire his team to a 4-0 humiliation of West Bromwich Albion on Saturday – and then fires warning to rivals Manchester City that the West London club are out for them in the Premier League title race.

The Belgium international playmaker was in splendid form for Antonio Conte’s team as the Blues ran riot against West Brom at The Hawthorns to climb up to the second position in the English Premier League log.

Spain international forward Alvaro Morata opened the goal scoring floodgate for Chelsea after great play from Eden Hazard, and it was the former Lille star who doubled the scoreline shortly after.

Left wing-back Marcos Alonso fired the away side into a 3-0 lead before the end of the first 45 minutes, and Eden Hazard scored his second goal of the afternoon on the hour-mark to seal the rout.

Premier League runaway leaders Manchester City defeated former Champions beat Leicester 2-0 on the same day as they continued their brilliant form in the English top flight League, with City nine points clear of the defending champions.

But Eden Hazard, who helped to fire Antonio Conte’s men to the League title last campaign, is convinced that they can catch Pep Guardiola’s team in the Premier League title race.

The Blues return to UEFA Champions League duty in midweek when they lock horns with Qarabag in their quest to qualify for the last 16 of the competition.
