Chelsea to raid Italian club, AC Milan as they eye two defenders

New coach Sarri Maurizio has started coming up with strategies of bringing new players to Stamford Bridge ahead of the January transfer window.

According to a new report, Chelsea are set to raid Italian club, AC Milan to two of their defenders.

The two defenders have been revealed to be Alessio Romagnoli and Mattia Caldara.

With the look of things, Sarri may be planning to strengthen his defense since the future of David Luiz and Gary Cahill are uncertain owing to their age.

It will be a good thing to bring in new and young defenders and get them to accustom to the Blues style of play before the duo of Gary and Luiz leave.

However, the main issue is to whether AC Milan would be willing to let the duo defenders leave San Siro?

This is because Alessio Romagnoli just signed a new contract at AC Milan while Mattia Caldara has just returned from Juventus after Leonardo Bonucci returned.

Chelsea must be ready to part with a huge sum of money before they can convince AC Milan to let go of the two players.

And also the Blues have the option of luring AC Milan with a permanent signing of Tiemou Bakayoko who is currently at the club on loan.
