One obvious mistake Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp made is not utilizing the January transfer window to strengthen his squad by signing quality players. He made the mistake of relying so much on his present squad, and that has cost him the premier league title for this season.
Nevertheless, that is something of the past, and attention should be given to the summer transfer window and next season. If the German coach desires making a reasonable progress next season, then he needs to sign top quality players this summer for the club.
However, it appears Klopp already has summer in view, as new reports have it that the Anfield outfit are serious about signing Samba star and Besiktas player Anderson Talisca.
Last year summer, the Reds were heavily linked with a move to get the signature of the Brazilian international – the move did not however happened.
23-year-old Anderson Talisca eventually joined the Turkish side on loan, and he has been quite impressive in the current campaign.
It was reported last month that Liverpool have scouted Talisca all season. It was also added that Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is keen on securing his signature.
News from Turkey revealed that Liverpool sent some scouts to watch the talented star again when his side played Olympiakos in the Europa League last week.
He is a fantastic player who can effectively play both as a creative central midfielder and as an attacking midfielder. This season so far in 22 games for the Turkish giants, he has scored 9 times and has also provided 3 assists.
It was added that Besiktas now wants to sign on Anderson Talisca on a permanent basis. However, the Turkish club will have to meet his release clause of 25 million euros (which is $27million).
