Chelsea Set To Sign Superb Hero After Champions League At Cardiff

There are new reports that premier league champions Chelsea are making a move for Juventus star Dani Alves after the Stamford Bridge club were made aware of the Brazilian’s availability.

The former Barcelona player is presently getting set to take on Real Madrid in the Champions League final on Saturday. However, his future at Juventus remains unclear.

According to the Daily Mail, Chelsea have been given the chance to sign the 34-year-old and Chelsea’s Italian boss Antonio Conte is interested in making a move for the Brazilian international.

The Chelsea boss is keen on adding more power to his squad ahead of next season’s campaign in the Champions League despite winning the Premier League title in the just-concluded campaign. The former Juventus manager intends providing competition for the likes of Victor Moses on the right flank, and Dani Alves can fit into the role perfectly.

However, the premier league champions won’t be getting him easily. It is understood that other premier league clubs like Man City and Tottenham Hotspur have also been monitoring his situation at Turin.

The right-back still has one year remaining on his current contract with the Italian champions and have become one of their influential stars, following his move from Barcelona last summer. He was quick to adapt to life in the Serie A and was able to help his new side win a domestic league and cup double.
