Arsenal lead race for the next biggest Brazil star

With the summer transfer window months away from reopening, the North London outfit Arsenal are already being linked with a number of players to snap them up.

The Gunners were unable to strike enough deals owing to the financial situation at the club as they were only able to snap up Denis Suarez from Spanish La Liga outfit Barcelona in the last winter transfer window.

However, it has been hinted that the North London outfit will strike a number of deals in the coming summer window so as to improve the team and be able to compete against big sides for the EPL title next season.

However, the latest name to be linked to the North London outfit is 19-year-old Brazil international Anthony who is currently in good form with his countryside Sao Paulo.

It is reported that Antony is being rated by the Brazilian outfit as one of the hottest prospects in the world, having made a name for himself at this young age.

The 19-year-old midfielder has impressed a number of top European sides with Arsenal reported being leading in the race. It is also claimed that Ajax have sent in representatives to watch the star player with a bid of submitting a bid for his signature.

However, Antony has got an asking price of about £30 million and has got a contract running with the club until 2023.
