The Man United Vs Chelsea game at Old Trafford last weekend is one of the trending talks this new week.
And while many Chelsea fans have blasted some of the boys (especially Diego Costa) and former Manchester United defender Gary Neville has also blasted manager Antonio Conte for his ‘lack of belief’ in the game, former Liverpool player Jamie Carragher is criticising Chelsea defender David Luiz.
According to the former Liverpool man, the Chelsea central defender must have been either injured or sick the night before playing against United at Old Trafford, because he was not impressed with Luiz’s performance during the encounter.
Manchester United beat the west London club 2-0 following goals from the duo of Marcus Rashford and Ander Herrera in each of the halves.
And in the game, the defender appears to have difficulties in coping with the pace of Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford that saw the Old Trafford club getting the full three points.
And the Liverpool legend, commenting about the encounter and Luiz, thinks David looks like he was injured or have been sick the night before the game.
Carragher maintained that Luiz has been outstanding this current campaign and he has been a massive fan of his. But during the game at Old Trafford, something seem to be wrong somewhere with him.
However, Conte and the boys needs to put the nasty encounter behind them and concentrate on their FA Cup semi-final game at Wembley against Tottenham on Saturday.
