Good News – Man United Have Agreed 173,000-a-week Star Deal

Man United lost their first game in the Champions League this season against Basel on Wednesday night, although the red devils are very much likely to sail through to the knockout stage of the tournament. So, the result at Switzerland won’t be one that should annoy the fans.

And as far as Man United’s transfers are concerned, it is obvious Jose Mourinho must sign top quality players in January to enable him to push gallantly for the premier league title in the second half of the season.

Currently, the Old Trafford club are still eight points behind league leaders Manchester City who are yet to lose a single game this season so far.

Apart from trying to bring in new legs next year, Jose must also hold on to some important players in his team, and ensure they remain with him at Old Trafford.

And in all fairness, Ashley Young has been one of the most important members of the club this term.

According to reports, the Old Trafford club have agreed to a deal extension with Young, and he will be staying with Manchester United till 2019.

However, it was also added that his $173,000-a-week wages will remain the same.

This season so far, the veteran England international has featured in 11 games in all competitions for Man United and has provided 3 assists.
