Former Premier League star Predict Something terrible will happen to Wenger at Arsenal

North London giant Arsenal lost for the third time in the English Premier League this campaign after losing to Watford on Saturday courtesy of a last minute goal.

The 2-1 loss has left the Gunners nine points adrift of League leaders Manchester City, leaving them sixth on the log. Barton, who once held talks with manager Arsene Wenger over a transfer to the Emirates believes the Wenger’s days at The Emirates Stadium are numbered.

‘These are worrying times if you are an Arsenal supporter, but if you are him [Arsene Wenger] you think the next good club is just around the corner and he is building it,’ the former Manchester City and Newcastle player told TalkSport via Metro).

‘Whatever any of us [Pundit] thinks he has been a phenomenal coach in the English Premier League. I [Barton] think last year would have been a perfect time to step aside and let someone else [another manager] come in. Does he [Arsene Wenger] need this? Every time they [Arsenal] have a negative [match] result he [Wenger] is getting battered [Critisized] from pillar to post.’

Joe Barton likened the French tactician to a drunk fella at a party who simply won’t leave for home.
