Leicester vs Liverpool: Klopp Get Injury Boost For Crucial Clash

Liverpool will be playing Leicester City for the second time in five days this weekend at the King Power Stadium.

They lost 2-0 to Leicester in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday night with goals from the duo of Shinji Okazaki and Islam Slimani knocking them out of the competition.

Jurgen Klopp’s side have now lost the last three at the King Power Stadium, and they will be looking to get something different in the premier league game on Saturday.

The reds will be looking to bounce back in the league following their 1-1 draw with Burnley last week in the premier league.

Leicester City on the other hand will be trying to get better on their premier league form, having earned just four points from from their opening five games of the term.

Even though Jamie Vardy had some little issues on his groin, the talented forward is expected to feature for his side during the clash, alongside Christian Fuchs who has recovered from his eye injury.

And coming to Liverpool, Senegalese forward Sadio Mane is still serving his suspension for the red card received during the Man City game some days back. Nevertheless, Danny Ings is in contention to return back to the main squad after spending sometime with the u-23 side upon his return from injury.
