4-3-3 Formation: Liverpool Should Beat Spartak Moscow With This Starting XI

Liverpool can confirm their spot in the knockout stage of the Champions League this week if they earn all three points from their final group stage game against Spartak Moscow.

Although a point might see them scaling through to the final 16, the best they should do is to beat the Russian side.

Liverpool missed the chance to finish things up last time against Sevilla. The La Liga club came back from 3-0 down to share points with the Anfield club in the second half of the game.

We are expecting Jurgen Klopp to make use of a 4-3-3 formation on Wednesday, with the duo of Lovren and Klavan starting in the central defense.

Former Sevilla player Alberto Moreno, alongside Joe Gomez, should take care of the full-back positions, while Karius is likely to be in-between the sticks.

And then, the likes of Wijnaldum, Philippe Coutinho and skipper Jordan Henderson should handle the center of the park.

Up front, Sadio Mane should partner in-form Mohamed Salah to support Roberto Firmino. The trio have been impressive this season, and we expect them to help get all three points for Klopp.

Liverpool should beat Spartak Moscow if Klopp decide to field this starting XI.

GK – Karius
DL – Moreno
DC – Klavan
DC – Lovren
DR – Gomez
DM – Henderson
MC – Wijnaldum
