Jose Mourinho Can Splash £80M To Sign Players Come January

Ahead of the weekend fixtures in the premier league, Manchester City are still eight points ahead of second-placed Manchester United, and Pep Guardiola’s side seems unstoppable.

Man United have also been impressive this season so far, but manager Jose Mourinho must still take advantage of the upcoming January transfer window to reinforce his squad to challenge the citizens.

Despite spending lots of money during the past summer transfer window to sign the likes of Victor Lindelof (from Benfica), Romelu Lukaku (from Everton) and Nemanja Matic (from Chelsea), the Portuguese boss is still reportedly going to receive huge funds to sign new players when January comes.

The Sun made it known that the former Chelsea boss will receive a transfer kitty worth £80 million to secure signings for the Old Trafford club when the winter transfer window comes.

It was also added that Man United are trying to sell the likes of Matteo Darmian and Luke Shaw in the upcoming transfer window to get more money to bring in new legs.

Both Matteo and Luke have rarely featured for Jose this term and their departure will obviously not raise any concerns.

Mourinho will hope to sign a new fullback as well as a superb attacking playmaker for Man United next month.
