Why Sanchez has finally lost his place at United

There are fears that Chile international Alexis Sanchez might no longer find a place in the Ole Gunnar Solskjaer team should he return from his weeks of a sideline.

The former Arsenal star is injured and has been declared to miss the next six to eight weeks of action, which mean that he might not be fully ready until the season is over.

More to that is the fact that Alexis Sanchez would now be replaced by Diogo Dalot and he might not be able to bench the star player should he take his chances to impress the club.

Diogo Dalot is known to have some abilities that need to be established and refined, he has the ability to cross the ball and also confidently face the opponent’s defenders which could be a plus to him.

There is no doubt that Ole Gunnar Solskajer will rely on Diogo Dalot knowing that the likes of Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford are short of fitness and would not be available for a while.

However, the former Barcelona and Arsenal player might be forced to find a new club in the coming summer window as his place will no longer be certain if Diogo Dalot makes good use of his chances.
