Star player reveals Mourinho’s true identity, not what people think of him

Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku has stated that the insinuations held by people about manager Jose Mourinho is not all true, insisting that he has a different personality outside what is being portrayed.

He made this claim when asked if he thinks Mourinho will let his squad cool off after their 2-0 win over Burnley at Turf Moor.

The Belgium striker who scored both goals against Burnley was quick to say that the former Chelsea boss is “totally different behind the scenes” and will allow his side to relax a little.

Mourinho has been perceived to be a very strict and difficult personality especially when he is in a difficult situation. Of course, this has played out several times especially in his response to the media each time things do not go well for him.

Mourinho should learn to be quiet

The Sunday’s victory after consecutive defeats to Brighton and Hove Albion and Tottenham is expected to breathe some relieve to the team ahead of the international break.

Support for Mourinho is also on the rise with the gesture of the fans to him after the game. Songs were sung to show that they stand behind him.

The Belgian striker, therefore, noted that the manager is expected to analyse their performance and the games ahead in the month of September to keep the work going.
