Good News – £125,000-a-week Star Wants to Sign Deal with Man United

Jose Mourinho took over the mantle of leadership at Old Trafford last summer, but struggled vehemently in his maiden campaign in charge of Manchester United.

The red devils could only finish in the 6th spot of the table last term, but earned a Champions League ticket by beating Ajax in the Europa League final to win the silverware.

This season however, the Old Trafford club have been impressive so far, but are still eight points behind Manchester City in the premier league.

Last season, Swede legend Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored the highest goals at the club, scoring 28 times before picking a knee injury in April. The former Barcelona striker was able to prove critics wrong by displaying superb performances in his first season at the club and in England.

Man United chose to agree on a new deal with him, and he now earns around £125,000 each week.

The player’s current contract will expire at the end of this term, but it appears his business at the club is not yet over.

According to the Sun, Ibrahimovic is going to talk with manager Jose Mourinho to extend his stay by signing another new deal with the red devils.

The Swede legend is now back from his injury and has made four appearances for his side so far this season. He is yet to score a goal, but will hope to do that in the upcoming days.
